Veterans For Peace Santa Barbara will be setting up the Arlington West memorial on Sunday January 3. Please join us for set-up at 7:30 a.m. at Stearns Wharf. We will also need your help taking down the memorial, beginning at 3:30 p.m.
Here’s wishing us all a more peaceful world in 2010.We will be commemorating one positive development, in a time with too many negatives — December 2009 was the first month with no American military fatalities in Iraq, since the outbreak of the Iraq War.
